Ms. Peck has a proven track record of developing and managing award winning zoning and planning projects.  During her tenure as Henderson (NV) Community Development Director, the Land Development Regulations, Open Space Plan and Downtown Investment Strategy were all recognized for excellence by the Nevada Chapter of the American Planning Association. Ms. Peck served as project manager for the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Regional Policy Plan, which met state legislative requirements and was also recognized for excellence by the Nevada APA.  In addition, she was a co-designer of the Henderson Development Services Center (one-stop shop), which has been recognized as one of the top three development service centers in the United States.
While Planning Director for Gallatin County, Montana, Ms. Peck administered thirteen planning and zoning districts, each with its own unique plan and development regulations. She authored the first county-wide comprehensive plan; prepared and updated land development regulations and plans; conducted site inspections; and authored and reviewed numerous staff reports. Under her direction, the Springhill Community Plan and Zoning Ordinance received national recognition from the American Planning Association.
She is a member of the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Ms. Peck has given numerous presentations at APA and ULI national, regional and local conferences and has delivered keynote speeches and commencement addresses. She has presented internationally to the Chinese Association of Planners (Wuhan, China), the Royal Town Planning Institute (Cardiff, Wales), Planning Summer School (Edinburgh, Scotland and Exeter, England) and the Planning Institute of Australia (Melbourne, Australia).
