I have a Masters of Arts Degree in sociology from Western Michgian University, which is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. My cognate area of study is criminolology. I have worked in the human/social service field for over thrity years. Some of the professional positions I have held include: Kalamazoo County Juvenile Court Director of Probationary Services, Director of the Kalamazoo County Juvenile Diversion Program, Manager of the City of St. Petersburg Minority Business Development Program, and Planning Manager for the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County.
I am a graduate of Leadership Pinellas 2003; Eckerd College Leadership Development Institute 2013.
