I am an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business at St. Petersburg College, where I teach courses in business and human resources such as Organizational Behavior, Intercultural Relations in Business, Managing Global Human Resources, and Management of Cultural Dynamics. Along with over three years of teaching experience, I also serve as an HR Business Partner at SPC, which allows me to bring current, real-world HR practices into the classroom.

My passion is creating inclusive and engaging learning environments that prepare students for success in today’s global workforce. I enjoy using case studies, simulations, and interactive projects to connect theory with practice, helping students develop skills they can immediately apply in their careers.

I earned my Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and my Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Administration from St. Petersburg College. I am also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
