My employment background includes 16 years as Regional VP-Finance with Ryland Homes, a public homebuilder.

My teaching philosophy is to apply real-world examples to the concepts covered in the textbook.  By focusing on real-world examples, students will be better able to see how the concepts will be used in their lives and careers.  Students will also participate in the class to maximize their learning.
