Welcome - I am pleased to be your instructor this semester and hope you enjoy your learning experience.
Educational Background: I earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration Management, a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Studies/Pre-Law, and my MBA. I have completed 56 hours toward a Ph.D. in Global Leadership/Corporate and Organizational Management and hold a current Mechanical Contractor's License from the State of Oklahoma. In addition to academic degrees and a professional license, I also earned the following certificates: Master Project Manager (MPM); Certified Project Risk Manager (CPRM); Certified Planning Engineer (CPE); Certified International Project Manager (CIPM); and Project Manager E-Business (PME). I recently earned my Certification for Online Adjunct Teaching and the Quality Matters Rubric Certification.
Professional Background: I have both international and domestic work experience in diverse management and leadership roles including Administrator, Office Manager, Financial Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Division Coordinator, EEOC Chairman, Corporate Officer, and Entrepreneur. Job functions included accounting, administration, public relations, operations, engineering, marketing, distribution, sales, and service. Currently, I teach college and manage trust properties.
Philosophy: My intent is to prepare students for leadership roles through a better understanding of behaviorial differences and aligning them with their organization's goals. By strenghtening their organizations from within, leaders can improve overall performance and sustainability in our ever-changing markets.
