Hi there Scholars, my name is Stephen Balkaran and I will be your Instructor for this fully online course. I am originally from West Hartford, Connecticut, now living in Miami Beach, FL. I have been a college Instructor for the last 25 years in Connecticut. Holding faculty appointments at Central CT State University, 2006-2023, University of Connecticut, 2004-06, Quinnipiac University, 2011-2018, and now at FIU in Miami, 2020-Pres. I have authored 11 books, and over 70 articles published in Academic Journals and I have given over 375 Speeches throughout the country.
