In 1996 I completed my BA in political science at the University of South Florida and I completed my MA in education and political science at USF in 1998. I am currently working toward my doctorate in social science education with a focus on political science and history. I have also attended Texas A&M University and Saint Petersburg Junior College (it was still SPJC when I was taking classes.) I enjoy teaching American government online because I am able to introduce my students to a fascinating array of government web sites available to them and I am always pleased to find out how receptive they are to the online experience. Online learning has come a long way in just the few years that I have been exposed to it and I am very excited about the future! I also love to spend time in the classroom because the two mediums offer complementary teaching methods. I am constantly looking for the best of both worlds.
