Biography

As an experienced educator, advisor, and mentor at St. Petersburg College, I am committed to giving my students an active learning experience that is interesting, challenging, and inspiring. I am dedicated to cultivating within my students a love of success and a passion for thinking critically. I feel that providing the highest quality of education and support is the only way to improve student performance. I also believe that excellence in instruction is crucial to fostering integrity within our student body, and that academic integrity ensures student success.

I believe that the path to student success involves allowing students to become active players in the learning experience. I encourage discussion and active learning as a way to enhance the classroom atmosphere. I also encourage each individual to express their questions and concerns as they arise during classroom discussion. I encourage innovation and collaboration as a vital part of the decision-making process within the classroom. Lastly, I encourage real world research experiences that foster a deeper understanding of human behavior.

Ultimately, I want you to have an amazing learning experience!
