The We’re on the Way (WOW) Program is currently undergoing a transition and effective July 1, 2026 will become the Titans Care Program. This change reflects an exciting new chapter as we continue to grow and enhance how we support our students.
As part of this transition, applications will no longer be required. While the program name and structure are changing, our commitment to your success remains the same. We are still here to support you and connect you to the resources you need.
We truly appreciate your interest and support. More details will be shared soon.
