Thank you for interest in participating in the CCIT Mentoring program for the Fall 2025 semester.
The mentorship program will start in September 2025 with an in-person orientation and end in December 2025. The information you provide on this form will be used to match you to a mentor. Please note that you must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this program. Also, while there may be some general discussion on job placement between the mentor and mentee, the mentorship program is intended to provide career guidance.
Mentors in this program are business professionals who volunteer their time to:
- Share insights on the business aspects of IT
- Guide mentees in developing leadership skills
- Offer career development advice
- Provide industry perspectives
All questions on this brief survey are required. After submitting the survey, the committee will contact you to follow up.
Please note that you must be an SPC student and enrolled in a CCIT program in order to participate in the mentorship program. If selected, please know this does not replace the need for your Internship requirement. This is a supplemental activity.
Thank you.
