Statement of Liability:

If a Sponsorship Letter is not received by the specified deadline, if the amount covered by the Sponsorship Letter is less than the total tuition and fees owed, if the student leaves their employer and is no longer eligible for Tuition Assistance benefits, or the student is no longer meeting the employer's requirements for Tuition Assistance, the student acknowledges and agrees to be personally responsible for the payment of all outstanding class fees and related expenses.

Statement of Liability:

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to obtain the Sponsorship Letter from Guild and to submit it to SPC using the e-form located in my checklist in MySPC. If I do not submit my Sponsorship Letter by the Friday before my term begins, I will not be awarded funding for that term.
