Solar Technician Apprenticeship Employer Interest

Switch on the sun!

Find new employees or take your new hires to the next level in their solar energy careers through the Solar Technician Apprenticeship Program. Funding is available to support your participation in the program, which can offer your employees new and upgraded skills that can lead to industry certifications.

This program is made possible by a partnership between SPC and the University of Central Florida's Florida Solar Energy Center which is the state’s premier energy research institution.

To host an apprenticeship, your organization will need to be a member of the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association (FlaSEIA). The college will help coordinate your membership and walk you through any questions you have.
