CCAMPIS Provider Space Availability Survey

Hello CCAMPIS Providers,

We are asking that you complete this short survey to let us know what and how many spaces you have available for new students. Since our current SPC CCAMPIS grant comes to an end on 9/30/23. we have started working on a new grant application for the next 4 year period and need your assistance by completing this survey. Your responses will help us better understand the availability of child care spaces compared to the need of our SPC students to justify our request for additional federal funding and we appreciate your assistance.

If any of the questions do not apply to your center, please answer with a N/A (not applicable) response.

Thanks again and have a wonderful day,

Mary Ludovici
