To be considered for the scholarship, you must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be a Pinellas County resident who is one of the following: Unemployed; furloughed; employed but at risk of losing your job due to automation or disruption in the local economy as a result of COVID-19; or employed with individual earnings of less than $25,500/year or less than $12.26/hour.
