SportsFest Volunteer Survey

The much anticipated Sports Fest is quickly approaching!  Tampa Bay’s team building, morale boosting blast on the beach will be Saturday, April 25th. It’s Tampa Bay’s Beach Event that hosts over 160 company teams with over 5000 friends, family and coworkers. This is a fun and energetic type of event, so majority of the time will be spent networking and having a great time!  The event will be held at the Sirata Beach Resort on St. Pete Beach from 9am to 2pm.  SPC is a proud sponsor of the SportsFest and our goal is to show up and show out!  To achieve our goal, we need volunteers to maximize this wonderful opportunity.

We need volunteers to cover the following areas:

You may sign-up for more than one volunteer opportunity! Then select the time frame you are avaliable to volunteer.

SPC Registration Volunteers: These individuals will assist with the check-in/pick-up table and also help with the scoring of the field events. Below are the time frames we need volunteers. 

*We need 15 volunteers.

SPC Mobile Marketing Team: These individuals will assist with engaging attendees by passing out SPC marketing material along the beach and working the SPC booth. Below are the time frames we need volunteers.

*We need 10 volunteers.

SPC Sports Team: These individuals will particpate in the field events (Beach Volleyball, Beach Dodgeball, Corn Toss, Surf & Turf & Tug-Of-War). This is a full day commitment. 

*We are allowed a maximum of 30 team members.

Volunteer Van Drivers: These individuals will assist with driving SPC staff volunteers from the Gibbs campus to the Sirata Beach Resort. Below are the time frames we need volunteers.
