An Invitation to Bid was mailed out on Thursday August 14th to 14 suppliers. The ITB stated that sealed, formal bids were due by 2:00 PM EDTon Monday August 25th, 2008. In attendance at the 2PM opening were Marsha Eubank, Diane Francey and Paul Spinelli ,all of the Purchasing Department of St. Petersburg College. We received 3 sealed bids and 1 No Bid (via email)\nThe low bid is AVI-SPL with a price of $36,524.40 for all 22 Epson 6110i projectors and the 22 Chief Universal Hanger Brackets.

For those persons having legal standing, failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in s. 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
