As an Adjunct Instructor, Erin has had the privilege of sharing her knowledge and experience of Finance to many students over the past seven years. During the early part of the day, you can find Erin teaching the foundations of Finance – in the form of Algebra – to future generations of Math and Finance enthusiasts in a Middle School classroom. And in the evening, she devotes her efforts to her distance learners at St. Petersburg College – showing them the way to understanding Finance concepts that will be useful in their personal and professional lives. 

Prior to teaching, Erin worked for Raymond James Financial in Asset Management Services, a division responsible for providing institutional – quality portfolio options for individual investors. Before becoming a portfolio analyst, she had fun working on the trading desk, executing individual and block trades for clients and portfolio managers. Once she was promoted to portfolio analyst, she often worked directly with senior management at Eagle Asset Management, including preparing reports for, and attending meetings with, the CEO of the management firm.

These days, when she’s not facilitating the learning process, you can find Erin playing with her daughter, or treasure hunting with her husband. (Do you know about Geocaching?) Perhaps you will find her at the movies, or at the beach. Typically, she’s drinking a sweetened cup of English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea.
