Welcome ! My name is Dawn Joyce and I'll be your guide through Comp 1, 2 or both (if you are really lucky!). I teach Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) with Dr. Nan Morelli-White during the fall and spring semesters.
I also teach World Literature and Comp 2 online. With summer World Literature, I take students on short term study abroad programs each year.

I graduated from CSU: Sacramento with a Masters Degree in English and an emphasis in pedagogy. I taught high school for several years in California, and have always enjoyed teaching the fundamentals of composition.

I have three little girls who keep me busy when I'm not on campus. My hobbies include taking care of my salt water tank, boating, traveling, and teaching Yoga! I can't wait to hear all about each and every one of you!
