Tricia Gorham received her degree in Veterinary Technology from St. Petersburg Junior College in St. Petersburg Florida and her Bachelors degree in Vocational Education from the University of Central Florida.She recently completed her Masters of Teaching through National University with a specialty in instructional technology. Tricia has been a practicing veterinary technician since 1991 and has been working in the field of veterinary medicine since 1988.

Tricia currently teaches for St. Petersburg College in both their oncampus program and their distance program. She has been teaching with SPC since 1996. Tricia has taught many different courses including Radiology, Large Animal, Office Procedures and Blood lab. Prior to her position at SPC, Tricia worked for a small animal practice as their Technician staff manager.

On the personal side, Tricia is married to a firefighter and has two children . In addition to the children Tricia and her husband own a yellow lab trained in arson detection and a very spoiled Dachsund. The family also has raised 2 puppies for Southearstn Guide dog, one of which is now breeding for them while the other is working for a very nice family.
