My teaching experience involves 25 years teaching college and I have been with SPC since 1999. Before education, I spent 12 years in business - most exciting of which were with USA Today newspaper as a project manager when it began in the 1980's. I have a Masters is in Business and worked on a doctorate in Information Technology Management for 8 years until my committee chair passed away.
In addition to teaching, I worked in the Marketing department at Raymond James Financial  on client communications from 2006 to 2008.
In 2009 I started a new degree program, a Masters in Project Management, which I finished in Feb. of 2012.
I addition to teaching technology, project managment and businss, I edit textbook and work with small businesses.
In 2018 I began helping a non-profit organization set up a certified Microsoft training and testing center for autistic individuals.  We have seen many individuals comlpeteand pass the Microsoft Office Specialist certification exams in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
