Hello! My name is Leah Deranian and I am your career and academic advisor at St. Petersburg College. I joined the St. Petersburg College family in September 2018. I’m originally from Boston, where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing, Literature and Publishing from Emerson College, and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Lesley University. I taught middle school English, high school English and special education, college transition, academic support before relocating to St. Petersburg and transitioning into higher education.
