• The St. Petersburg College Book Swap is intended to facilitate the exchange of books between St. Petersburg College students.
• By utilizing this web site, the user consents and agrees that the use of the site is at his/her sole risk.
• The college, its officers, agents, and employees shall in no way be responsible for the accuracy, completeness or quality of the materials or information exchanged or the transmissions made through the site, or for the transactions made by parties utilizing the site.
• The transactions entered by the user through this site are solely between the user and the other party to the exchange, including the settling of any disputes related thereto.
• The college shall have no supervision, oversight or involvement in the exchanges and the business dealings between users.
• The site is provided to users on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties related to operability of the site, non-infringement, or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
• The college provides the Book Swap as a service to students; SPC does not profit from the Book Swap in any manner.
