Other requirements: On-line teaching experience is required.  Prefer at least three years industry experience along with experience working with entrepreneurs.

*Department chair compensation is based on the 36 ECH faculty salary schedule determined as follows:
- For budgeted faculty, compensation would equal the faculty member’s 36 ECH base pay plus the stipend.
- For those not currently in a budgeted faculty position, the faculty base pay would first have to be determined based on the 36 ECH hiring range, and then the appropriate stipend added.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree - major related to discipline, plus specialized courses in the field. Must be able to be credentialed in one of the areas he/she supervises.

Three years in teaching field at higher education level, may require online teaching experience. MyCourses/D2L training.
