Bachelor's degree in a related field to assigned area, preferably in Human ResourcesCertification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or other advanced work highly desirable.
Five (5) years of Human Resource Management experience, two of which must have been at the administrative/managerial level in a comprehensive human resource management function.
