Learning Support Commons Survey Fall 2015

Please take a few minutes to provide feedback about the tutoring services available in the Learning Support Commons in TE200 and/or the Writing Studio in the library.

1.

I feel encouraged to ask questions when I work with the tutor.

2.

After receiving tutoring, I can work on a similar problem on my own.

3.

The tutor showed me the answer, rather than taking the time to help me understand the steps necessary to arrive at the correct answer.

4.

The tutor fostered an "open" learning environment and took the time necessary for me to understand the concepts.

5.

I like to go back to a tutor who helped me during a previous visit.

6.

I plan to return to the learning support center and/or writing lab for tutoring.

7.

I am aware that the tutoring schedule is available online.

8.

How often do you use the tutoring provided in the Learning Support Center and/or Writing Lab?

Please tell us about yourself so we can determine how to improve our services.

9.

Please provide any feedback that you would like to share about your experience using the tutoring resources available in the Learning Support Center and/or the Writing Studio.
