Hello, I have been  a teacher of Exceptional Education teacher at a middle school  in Pinellas County and at a high school with Pinellas County School.  As an instructor I have trained interns and mentored new teachers. I teach many different classes and online. My educational philosophy is that all students learn best by being involved in  the course and have fun at the same time. It is a very interactive course and many ethical topics are discussed. Students realize at the end of the course that they can use what they have learned in the course which is the most rewarding for an instructor. There are individual assignments, projects, and cases to review  and the CTAP which is a requirement for the course.
