Humanities is an inspiring subject. Students may learn and explore rich cultural heritage.  I bring my personal experiences through my extensive travels to the topics discussed.  I have used my knowledge of the Humanities working in the performing arts.  I have worked with MTV music festivals, multicultual and folk music festivals.  I have worked in  theaters and museums. I have been a Resident Artist at the Beaux Arts Theater and Museum and worked as Communications Director in NYC for dance companies and participated in dance and theater festivals at NYU in New York City.  Knowledge of the Arts and Humanities has certainly enriched my life. I try to bring this enthusiasm to students in the classroom.  I am also fluent in four languages and have worked as an interpreter/translator. I encourage student centered teaching and learning practices.
